Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing access to your account with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify app55 Support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions or engagement in fraudulent activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Extended periods of inactivity and failure to complete account verification.
App55 reserves the right to suspend any account without prior notice; however, any legitimate balance will be returned where possible.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the app55 platform, you confirm that you are of legal age under applicable Bangladeshi law and are legally eligible to use this platform. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and participation is entirely voluntary.
Users may not access the platform through hacking, scraping, bots, or any automated software. Replicating or reverse-engineering the platform's code, design, or functionality is strictly prohibited. Harassing or threatening other users, or attempting unauthorized access to their accounts, is equally forbidden.
Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent means.
- Claiming bonus or voucher benefits through multiple accounts.

- Using the platform for unlawful purposes.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Rules
All financial transactions on app55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals may be made using payment methods accepted in Bangladesh, such as bKash, Nagad, and approved bank transfers. Users must only use payment accounts registered in their own name; the use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.
Deposits are generally processed quickly. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process, and a minimum withdrawal amount may apply.
